03 Dealer-level diagnostics

If we can’t tell you what’s wrong, you don’t pay.

No universal code-readers guessing at the problem. Only state-of-the-art dealer-level equipment, and as much time and testing as it takes to establish what is genuinely wrong.

A warning light is a symptom, not a diagnosis.

A flashing light on the dashboard can have several different meanings and several different sources. Every time it’s misread, someone pays for a part that was working perfectly well.

So we don’t use universal diagnostic devices. Only state-of-the-art dealer-level equipment, and as much time and testing as it takes to establish what the problem genuinely is.

Diagnosing, to us, means telling you what is wrong and specifically what needs replacing or fixing to repair it. That approach costs us more. It costs you less.

→ How we work

Test until it’s certain — then tell you the part, not a guess.

STEP 01

Read the whole car

Dealer-level equipment across every module — not a generic reader that only sees the headline code.

STEP 02

Test the cause

We take the time to test components and wiring so the code’s real source is confirmed, not assumed.

STEP 03

Tell you plainly

You get exactly what’s wrong and precisely what needs fixing or replacing to put it right.

Been quoted for a part you’re not sure about?

Bring it here for a proper diagnosis before you spend. If we can’t tell you what’s actually wrong, there’s nothing to pay.
